Restful night in Invermere. Headed to the village of Banff, but first went to the village of Canmore, about 20 miles away and just outside the park. I looked in a quilt store and Tony toured the Farmer’s Market with all the food vendors in the middle of the town – the main 2 blocks were roped off and vendors set up. We ate lunch on the sidewalk of a little cafe,
then headed back to Banff town. It was very, very crowded. Parking was horrible – we didn’t even get out. We rode down the Bow Parkway heading back to Invermere. No animals. Smoky. Turned in for an early night so we could get an early start to the Lake Louise area tomorrow.
