Well, they talked me into getting up early – 6:30 AM, and we headed back to St. Mary and took the Going to the Sun Road. We’ve never gone for the east side to the west side. It wasn’t really crowded that early, plus it was a bit overcast. As the day went on, it became cloudier and when we reached Logan Pass, it began sprinkling and the temp drop to 50. Then we drove on the bumpiest road ever to Polebridge – my insides were about to shake out. We did get some delicious pastries! Huckleberry bear claws and some others that I can’t remember the name. Long day, on to bed when we got home.
